Gutter Cleaning
Typically, gutters are installed on buildings to prevent water from flowing off the roof and seeping into basements. Gutters also prevent unsightly water from dripping off the roof edge. However, gutters can easily become filled with leaves, seeds, and other debris from nearby trees. When gutters are filled, water begins to shoot over the edge of the gutters, which can cause basement and structural damage.
When we arrive at your house, we give you the price before we do the work, so there are no suprises. We clean all gutters by hand, and clean and flush each downspout with water, checking to be sure that water flows freely. We also make sure that loose debris on the roof is removed to prevent additional buildup.
Our Method for Cleaning Your Gutters
- All debris is removed by hand.*
- All debris is loaded on our truck and removed from your property.
- Each downspout is flushed with water and checked to ensure that it flows freely.
- Any debris that may have fallen on the ground is removed, leaving your property cleaner than when we arrived.
* Blowers may be used to remove extremely small debris that is too dificult to remove by hand.
We can repair small sections of gutter as needed (i.e., downspouts, leaking joints, etc.). There is, however, a small repair fee.
Homeowner does not need to be present for the work to be done; a receipt will be left at the house to show that the work has been completed.

Note: if your home has screens (see photos below), we will clean off the top of the screens and flush the downspouts. We will remove and reinstall screens if you wish, but due to the amount of extra work involved, the cost of the work will be increased.
